Fire/Water/Gong Meditation:
Experience a whole new level of meditation and blessings! During the first portion of the meditation, students will take a candle from the water circle and find a comfortable place to sit. Focus will then be on the flame of the candle. Allowing the mind to settle down, giving it something to focus on, while also creating a space for the body to relax. Along with the candle, will be a bottle of water, with an expression on it. The expression changes every week. These are positive emotions; such as love, kindness, respect, peace, as examples. The participants infuse this expression into the water during the meditation. We then make the water available to the public, in the cafe. Each bottle of water has it's own blessing card attached, letting the person purchasing the water know that the water was blessed with that particular emotional vibration. During the second part of the meditation; the candles are blown out, and everyone lies down on a mat or blanket and closes their eyes. The sound current/vibration of the gong reverberates against the enclosed room in circulating patterns. It's an amazing experience, and one of our most attended classes! Donations are appreciated, but not required to attend!!

Drumming Circle is from 6:30-7:15 p.m. and the Healing Circle is from 7:30-9:00 p.m. The Drumming circle meditation uses the animal totem drum beats and journey beats to heal, reveal, and explore ourselves. With each rhythm, we build up healing love and energy to release ourselves, those we love, and the world. Bring your buffalo drums, hand drums, tom toms, ocean drums, or rattles to help summon the Sacred Animal Spirits or just come to listen and heal. Extra drums and rattles are available for use at the center. Right after the drumming circle, is the healing circle. The circle serves us by creating and maintaining a safe and sacred space to come together as brothers and sisters to explore, deepen, share, and enjoy the spiritual part of ourselves. Through this, we will break down the barriers that exist within and between us so that we can play our part in creating a more peaceful, loving world. Creating a supportive community of people who strive to gain a better understanding of their spiritual selves.

TaiChi:
The Mandarin term "t'ai chi ch'uan" literally translates as "supreme ultimate fist" or "boundless fist," or "great extremes boxing". The concept of the "supreme ultimate" appears in both Taoist and Confucian Chinese philosophy where it represents the fusion of Yin and Yang into a single ultimate represented by the Taijitu symbol. Thus, tai chi theory and practice evolved in agreement with many of the principles of Chinese philosophy including both Taoism and Confucianism. Tai chi training first and foremost involves learning solo routines, known as forms (taolu). While the image of tai chi chuan in popular culture is typified by exceedingly slow movement, many tai chi styles (including the three most popular, Yang, Wu and Chen) have secondary forms of a faster pace. Some traditional schools of tai chi taught partner exercises known as pushing hands, and martial applications of the postures of the form.

Tensegrity:
